Two Temporary Dhikrs

Ḥaḍrat Sayyid Shaikh Muḥammad al-Muḥammad al-Kasnazān al-Ḥusseinī (may Allah sanctify his secret) has instructed that all dervishes should perform the following two (temporary) dhikrs: “Lā ilāha illā Allah” (100,000 times) and “Lā ilāha illā Allah Muḥammadun rasūlu Allah ṣallā Allah taʿālā ʿalaihi wa sallam” (135,000 times).

Resuming the Permanent Dhikrs

Ḥaḍrat Shaikh Muḥammad al-Muḥammad al-Kasnazān al-Ḥusseinī (may Allah sanctify his secret) has instructed that anyone who has completed the last two (temporary) dhikrs of “Lā ilāha illā Allah” and “Lā ilāha illā Allah, Muḥammadun rasūlu Allah, ṣallā Allah taʿālā ʿalaihi wa sallam” should resume performing the permanent dhikrs.

Two Temporary Dhikrs

Ḥaḍrat Shaikh Muḥammad al-Muḥammad al-Kasnazan al-Ḥusseinī (may Allah sanctify his secret) has instructed that two (temporary) dhikrs should be performed, with their benefits being a present from Ḥaḍrat Shaikh Muḥammad al-Muḥammad al-Kasnazan al-Ḥusseinī to the greatest Prophet (ṣallā Allah ʿalaihi wa sallam).

Addition of New Daily Dhikr of Repentance

Ḥaḍrat Shaikh Muḥammad al-Kasnazan al-Ḥusseinī (may Allah sanctify his secret), the Master of Ṭarīqa ʿAliyyah Qādiriyyah Kasnazāniyya, has instructed that the following prayer of forgiveness is to be recited once after every obligatory prayer: “Astaghfiru Allah (I ask Allah for forgiveness), al‑ladhī Lā ilāha illā Huwa (whom there is no god save He), ar-Raḥmān ar-Raḥīm (the Gracious, the Merciful), al-Ḥayyu al-Qayyūm (the Ever‑living, the Eternal) al‑ladhī lā yamūt (who does not die), wa-atūbu ilaihi (and I repent to Him). Rabbi ighfir lī (My Lord, forgive me!)”
